Monthly Community Class
Join me every Second Sunday of the month from 10-11:30am for a community class hosted at Pause Meditation Studio.
This class will include journaling, movement practice, guided meditation, and time in community.
Sliding scale is available for equity and is included for the supporter membership as well as Pause studio members.
